• Develop change strategies, plans, and activities to drive adoption and realized benefits.
• Coach leaders through barriers and mitigate risks.
• Assess people/process/technology changes to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with communications, training, and process teams to enable adoption.
• Identify change adoption metrics with Business Owner/Sponsor.
