Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice. This role leads people and adoption strategy for complex transformations, embedding change management across the full lifecycle to deliver sustained business outcomes.

You will advise senior leaders, manage multiple workstreams, and develop capabilities within the team while strengthening transformation delivery for clients across outsourced services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years leading change management or related advisory services.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams and owning change outcomes across multi-workstream projects.
• Master's degree and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for complex outsourced services engagements and transformations.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies connecting stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational impacts and leadership actions for adoption.
• Conduct readiness, stakeholder, and adoption-risk assessments.
• Embed change activities into project charters, roadmaps, and governance.
• Build stakeholder strategies across sponsors, leaders, managers, and clients.
