Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a senior change management professional to lead people-side transformation across large IT programs in a remote, US-based role.

You will develop and execute OCM strategies, coach sponsors, plan communications, measure adoption, and embed change governance into project delivery while raising organizational change maturity.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement with executives, building champion networks, coordinating training, and sustaining changes after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive organizational change management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation in large organizations.
• Hands-on IT program experience (platform modernization, ERP/ITSM, cloud).
• Deep knowledge of structured change methodologies: Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with executives and staff.
• Certifications such as Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP are preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL and change measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise change management strategies and actionable plans for transformation programs.
• Conducts change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Integrates change activities into program plans with governance.
• Plans and manages change workstreams with milestones and deliverables.
• Designs adoption metrics and sustainment plans to reinforce changes.
