Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Partner – Remote to drive transformational change across the enterprise, partnering with EPMO, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and sustain change programs.

You will apply ADKAR, assess stakeholder landscapes, identify risks, and embed change milestones in project governance while building role-based training with L&D. This role emphasizes influencing at all levels, maintaining patient-centered focus, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of change management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in a governance or EPMO environment preferred.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for assigned initiatives using ADKAR-based methodology.
• Assess initiative complexity and stakeholder landscape to determine the level of change support.
• Identify adoption risks early and mitigate within the project plan.
• Engage senior stakeholders on change impact, readiness and reinforcement expectations.
• Develop and execute communication plans for employees at all levels.
• Partner with EPMO and HDT leads to embed change milestones in governance and timelines.
• Lead impact and readiness assessments and present risk recommendations to governance.
• Monitor adoption indicators and adjust strategies as conditions evolve.
• Surface adoption risks in governance forums before go-live with visibility to owners.
• Deliver role-based training and collaborate with L&D on content and logistics.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend interventions to address barriers to adoption.
• Embed reinforcement mechanisms to sustain change post go-live.
• Handoff to business owners with sustainability plans after go-live.
