CARERRA AGENCY seeks an experienced Sr. Change Management lead to provide change management expertise to support GSM transformation initiatives. This role focuses on the people side of change across new processes, operating model changes, and communications to ensure adoption across the organization.

The position blends tactical and strategic work (approximately 70% coordination, 30% strategy), is remote from the United States, and offers an hourly rate starting at $90/hr W2 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change, transformation, or adoption efforts in complex organizations.
• Skilled in stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, readiness planning, communications, and adoption support.
• Strong judgment in identifying risks, dependencies, stakeholder concerns, and reinforcement needs.
• Certified by Prosci, CCMP or APMG; Lean experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead change planning for 10+ GSM initiatives with focus on readiness, adoption, and implementation.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement: identify audiences and actions to address adoption risks.
• Assess impacts on teams, roles, processes, and expectations; translate findings into support plans.
• Define readiness and adoption support; develop leader messaging, FAQs, and stakeholder materials.
• Establish simple measures and feedback loops to track readiness and sentiment; adjust the approach.
