Honor is seeking a Senior Care Solutions Specialist to guide families through in-home, non-medical care conversations, primarily by phone. The role involves developing sales playbooks, coaching a remote team, and driving outreach and conversion goals.

You will work with marketing and product teams to test offerings and improve positioning while maintaining empathy and high-quality client interactions. The position is full-time and hourly, remote, with a fixed schedule and every fourth weekend

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound).
• Experience developing sales strategies.
• Empathetic communicator who balances compassion with confident sales execution.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.

• Develop, pilot and refine new product offerings with marketing and product teams.
• Coach and mentor the team on findings and new strategies.
• Develop, implement and refine sales playbooks for new customer workflows or products.
• Iterate on consultative sales approaches to uncover needs and decision drivers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales metrics (call volume, talk time, conversion rates).
