Job summary

Honor Technology is seeking a driven Care Solutions Consultant to engage in-home care clients by phone, email, chat, and text. You will explain services, help families plan for aging at home, and develop sales playbooks while coaching the consultant team.

The role requires a metrics-driven mindset, remote-work experience, and a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Bachelor's degree and home care familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, inbound and outbound.
• Experience developing sales strategies.

• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential in-home care clients by phone, email, chat and text.
• Explain Home Instead services and help families plan for aging at home.
• Develop, pilot and refine sales playbooks and consultative sales approaches.
• Coach and mentor the Care Solutions Consultant team.
• Collaborate with operations, care coordination and marketing teams.
• Meet or exceed call volume, conversion and quality metrics.
