Qualifications

• 3+ years of documented sales success in quota-driven environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a telecommute setting.
• Experience with high call volume (100–150 calls per day) preferred.
• Experience in senior care industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English ideal.

Responsibilities

• Hold space and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs.
• Guide families through the search process and follow up after referrals.
• Manage all leads in the CRM pipeline.
• Match care recipient needs to appropriate senior living options.
• Use active listening and probing to provide targeted solutions.
