Caring.com is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Family Advisor) to help families find private-pay senior living options. This remote, inside-sales role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume call flow.

You'll guide families through the search process, engage senior living communities, and use our CRM and tools to deliver personalized solutions while meeting quota-driven targets. A structured training and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of documented sales success in a quota-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask with a CRM and basic technology tools while on the phone.
• Comfortable following scripted communication on the phone.
• Experience with high call volume (100-150 calls per day).
