Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead a new CA UIS Care Coordination program. The role offers remote work with residency in California, and a focus on strategic leadership across day-to-day operations, care coordination, and performance across interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in Medi-Cal/MCO environments, strong stakeholder relations, and ability to drive program success while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, nursing, social work or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in case management and care coordination.
• 8+ years' experience in healthcare operations, or CA public sector health and human services related programs, preferably in Medi-Cal or MCO environments
• 10+ years' experience in leadership/management roles, and engaging stakeholder relationships.
• Must reside in California, but position is remote
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance.
• Collaborate with program leaders and teams to improve processes and training.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders in member outreach.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff ensuring accreditation standards.
• Oversee contract scope, new RFP cycles and related new business.
• Oversee budget review and analysis for financial success.
• Assess systems to ensure high customer satisfaction for stakeholders.
• Collaborate on organizational structure for effective processes and regional outreach.
