Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead a new CA UIS Care Coordination Program across California. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee program design, day-to-day operations, workforce performance, and quality outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance within interdisciplinary teams.

The role is remote, but candidates must reside in California, with preference for LA or Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, social work or related field required.
• 8+ years' experience in case management and care coordination.
• 8+ years' experience in healthcare operations, or CA public sector health and human services related programs, preferably in Medi-Cal or MCO environments.
• 10+ years' experience in leadership/management roles, and engaging stakeholder relationships.
• Must reside in California, but position is remote.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct program through objectives and goals for contract compliance; monitor metrics and daily operations.
• Collaborate with program leaders to improve processes and identify training needs.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders in member outreach.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff across quality, case management, care coordination, provider training/education, data collection, and reporting.
• Oversee budget review and analysis to ensure financial success of the program.
• Work with management to optimize organizational structure and regional outreach in California.
