Qualifications

8+ years of case management and care coordination experience.
8+ years of healthcare operations or CA public sector health programs.
10+ years in leadership roles with stakeholder engagement.
Must reside in California; remote work option.

Responsibilities

Direct program objectives to meet contract requirements and monitor daily operations.
Collaborate with medical directors, management, and corporate teams to improve processes.
Engage community partners for member outreach and care coordination.
Provide leadership to staff and ensure accreditation standards compliance.
Oversee budget and contract scope expansion and business development.
Monitor service delivery, access, engagement, and outcomes.
