Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in case management and care coordination.
• 8+ years' experience in healthcare operations, preferably CA Medi-Cal or MCO environments.
• 10+ years' experience in leadership/management roles and stakeholder relationships.
• Must reside in California; position is remote; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct program objectives and contract compliance; monitor metrics and daily operations.
• Collaborate with medical directors, management teams, and corporate support to improve processes and identify training needs.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders in member outreach.
• Provide leadership to staff including quality, case management, care coordination, education, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in contract scope enhancements, new RFP cycles, and new business opportunities.
• Oversee budget reviews and analyses to ensure financial success of the program.
• Assess systems and workflows to ensure high customer satisfaction among stakeholders.
• Work with management to create an effective organizational structure with statewide field outreach in California.
• Identify professional development opportunities for staff and teams.
• Read, understand, and adhere to HIPAA/privacy and security policies.
