Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead continuous process improvement initiatives for the VA department in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate will define and redesign processes, measures, and policies while applying Agile/SAFe practices to large-scale portfolios and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Proven track record leading complex projects.
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements and processes.
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN.
- Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
- Ability to translate technical information into business language.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous process improvement projects.
- Define and develop business processes, roles, metrics.
- Perform current state, gap analyses, benchmarking.
- Plan future state design and change management.
- Coordinate with customer, IT, and client services.
- Ensure quality programs and regulatory compliance.
