Coupe Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive operational projects from planning through implementation. You will collaborate with business partners across operations, manage readiness, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes change management, data-driven decision making, and standardized deployment methods to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational projects from planning through implementation using project management, stakeholder facilitation and business readiness practices.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, assess business impacts, drive change management activities, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Standardize and improve implementation processes by conducting impact analyses, developing consistent methodologies and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Lead and complete business impact analysis assessments and develop and maintain standardized methods of implementation to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.
