Job summary

HCSC is seeking a senior project lead to bring seniority and experience to managing multiple strategic, cross-enterprise end-to-end implementations of varying complexity. This role serves as the business lead, coordinating with cross-functional business and technology partners to move projects from business case analysis through implementation.

Programs are complex, fast-moving, and critical to business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, managing projects management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare functions
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
• Large scale/complex project work
• Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior management), and establishing team environment.
• Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment
• Capable of working independently and in group settings with ability to respond to rapidly changing priorities
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products and VISIO
• Organizational skills
• Problem resolution experience and skills
• Identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams
• Analytical skills
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-enterprise, end-to-end implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance.
• Serve as the business lead on a given implementation and collaborate with cross-functional business and technology partners.
• Take the project from business case analysis through implementation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues across projects; negotiate with diverse teams.
