Job summary

TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of our clinical workflow solutions. You will guide complex implementations from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical operations to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

You will manage risk, change management, and executive communications while optimizing processes and driving customerROI across healthcare customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience, enterprise projects
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Understanding of systems, development methodologies, solution architecture
• Experience delivering Organizational Change Management
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of TigerConnect solutions for clinical workflow optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Establish and maintain communications with stakeholders; report status and escalate issues.
• Provide leadership to project team; manage resources and foster collaboration.
• Conduct lessons learned at project closure and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams.
• Execute organizational change management plans including user training and onboarding.
• Generate reports on project status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation for leadership.
• Drive use-case discussions and collect user feedback throughout implementation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to executive leadership while improving reporting models.
