Cuvo Health is seeking a Client Success Executive to manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through launch and ongoing account management—in a fully remote role. You will lead client implementations across payment processing, pharmacy integration and platform configuration, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive renewals, retention and expansion with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer success, implementation, or account management in B2B software, healthcare, or related services.
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations against defined timelines.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, or financial documentation (certifications, licensing, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Lead client implementation from onboarding through launch and ongoing account management.
• Act as primary contact for assigned client portfolio; ensure service levels and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Clinical) to hit launch milestones.
• Drive renewals, expansions and portfolio retention.
• Maintain status reporting and onboarding documentation; oversee AI-assisted client support tools.
