Job summary

TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to drive the deployment of clinical workflow optimization across healthcare customers. You will guide the project from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and ROI realization.

In this role you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate change management, and partner with product, engineering, and clinical groups to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of comparable project management experience, enterprise PMO exposure in healthcare or SaaS preferred.
• Proven proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis.
• Experience delivering organizational change management as part of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial software build and implementation of TigerConnect solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Establish clear stakeholder communication and escalation processes.
