You will plan timelines, communicate clearly to clients and teams, build a high-performing group, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvements while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience in client onboarding and SaaS implementations.
• Strong quantitative/analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects within tight timeframes.
• Change management and stakeholder leadership experience.
• Fluency with MS Office tools.
• Experience delivering projects with scope, schedule, and budget success.
• Cross-functional project participation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using in-house software.
• Communicate project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and executives.
• Create and sustain a high functioning project team to meet the project goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners.
• Assess and manage the risk of schedule changes; create and track action plans.
• Work with vendors to ensure dependent tasks are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Quantitatively plan and organize project team’s capacity.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
