Cambia Health is seeking a Product Implementation Manager II to lead the delivery of new products and enhancements. You will apply project management methodologies to keep projects aligned with business strategy, on schedule and within budget, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, mentoring others, and leveraging process improvements to accelerate development while maintaining high quality

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• PMI PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness of all defined projects.
• Oversees multiple projects simultaneously within budgetary constraints.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project management activities per PMO policies.
• Manages project plans and communicates status to leadership and client groups.
• Drives outcomes through planning, scope management, and risk mitigation.
