Mercury-Hampton-Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new business within the packaging and labeling space across the United States. This remote role reports to senior leadership and focuses on building relationships with decision-makers, expanding the customer base, and delivering value through tailored packaging solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, develop strategic territory plans, and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, labels, printing, or converting sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to engage with decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
