Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion across key corridors in the US. You will own the territory, build a balanced pipeline, and collaborate with R&D, operations, and customer service to deliver customer excellence.

The role targets end users, co-packers, emerging brands, and large accounts in packaging, focusing on high barrier films, printing, and flexible packaging. Remote work in EST or CST regions is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in packaging sales, preferably flexible films and selling direct to end users.
• Functional understanding of film structures (PE, PET, OPP, basic barrier properties).
• Proven track record building a territory into a multi-million dollar book of business.
• Disciplined Strategic Hunter mentality: self-directed, strategic about targeting, and energized by high volume outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with cross-department support to deliver customer excellence.
• Plan, prospect, qualify, and close new business with direct end users and regional co-packers.
• Build and manage a balanced pipeline: quick wins, growing accounts, and large complex deals.
