Mercury-Hampton-Ltd is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities across the United States. You will own end-to-end sales, from prospecting to close, engaging with senior level stakeholders in multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in packaging, labels or related markets, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build strategic plans while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and new business sales.
• Experience in packaging, labels, printing or converting sectors is preferred.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to engage with decision-makers at multiple levels and present value.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities across the US market.
• Develop relationships with purchasing, procurement, marketing, operations and supply chain leaders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver packaging and labeling solutions.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and hit revenue targets.
