Job summary

Cornerstone Management Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for medical device manufacturing and silicone molding. This remote role spans the United States with a base salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 plus uncapped commission.

You will build relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers, targeting opportunities from RFQ through production. A strong network in engineering, sourcing and purchasing will help you win programs and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience generating new business with medical device OEMs/contract manufacturers.
• Experience selling silicone, LSR, rubber, or engineered molded components.
• Strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, and purchasing decision makers.
• Technical knowledge of molding processes, materials, tooling and feasibility.
• Proven record from initial contact through RFQ, award and production.
• Disciplined approach to documenting customer activity in Salesforce.
• Independence, motivation and initiative in a high-visibility BD role.

Responsibilities

• Quote and transition opportunities from RFQ to production with engineering support.
