Jobot is seeking a dynamic Injection Molding Business Development Manager for a fully remote role. You will drive sales across medical device and contract manufacturing spaces, focusing on injection molding, micromolding, thermoplastic, LSR, and HCR solutions.

Leverage your 5+ years in plastics sales to build strategies, lead a sales team, and develop key client relationships. Travel to meet clients will be required as needed. The compensation package is highly competitive, with full benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plastics sales/business development.
• Proven track record in injection molding sales.
• Knowledge of micromolding, thermoplastic, LSR, HCR.
• Experience selling to medical device OEMs.
• Strong leadership and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competition and new products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients for loyalty.
• Collaborate with engineering to create injection molding solutions.
• Lead the sales process from plan to close and forecast outcomes.
• Provide technical support to clients and the sales team.
• Lead and manage the sales team with clear goals.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to management.
• Stay updated on injection molding trends and technologies.
