Job summary

Jobot seeks an Injection Molding Business Development Manager to lead growth in the contract manufacturing space, focusing on medical components and devices requiring injection molding, micromolding, thermoplastics, and related processes. You will drive sales, develop opportunities, and collaborate with engineering to deliver customer solutions.

This fully remote role offers a car allowance, mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, full benefits, and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in plastics/injection molding sales or BD.
Experience selling to medical device OEMs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and hit sales targets.
Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors and new product trends.
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service.
Collaborate with engineering to craft injection molding solutions.
Drive the sales cycle from planning to close and forecast revenue.
Provide technical support to clients and the sales team.
Lead the sales team, set goals, and ensure achievement.
Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense forecasts to management.
Stay current on injection molding technologies and industry trends.
