Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful business development and new-business sales in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to originate, develop and close complex, high-value opportunities.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet revenue targets.
• Generate new-logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and events.
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build long-term partnerships and expand existing accounts.
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract handover.
• Travel 40–60% across the territory including occasional international travel.
