Sanner America is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop and win new business opportunities across medical devices, drug delivery and life sciences. The role covers the Southeast and East Coast with the possibility of full remote work within the territory, targeting CDMO, engineering services and related offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business development and new-business sales in medical devices, drug delivery, or life sciences.
• Proven track record of originating, developing and closing complex high-value opportunities.
• Experience selling CDMO, product development, engineering services, or similar solutions.
• Ability to travel 40–60% in the US and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic Southeast/East Coast territory plan to grow revenue.
• Generate new-logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Build and manage a robust Salesforce-based sales pipeline from qualification to contract.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to deliver customer solutions.
• Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations through handover to production.
• Represent Sanner America at industry events and stay current on market trends.
