The position requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a minimum of 5 years' experience. A competitive salary of $160,000 to $180,000 annually is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
• Proven track record in sales and business development in the injection molding sector.
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, including micromolding and thermoplastic.
