You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess metrics, and translate insights into clear materials for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of project planning experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting focused on healthcare preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling preferred.

• Set and execute the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with key business units.
• Manage key company and department strategy initiatives from development to implementation.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Translate program performance into materials for senior leadership report outs.
• Support the development and growth of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
