Ladders seeks a Director of Specialty Clinical Solutions for a remote, US-based role in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech sector. You will guide specialty clinical strategy for key clients and work with account management, business development, and cross-functional teams to strengthen retention, support growth, and improve program performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, evaluation of emerging therapies, and expanding clinical offerings while aligning with patient needs and business

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
• 7 years of experience in medical pharmacy or health plan with multiple lines of business.
• Current pharmacist license in applicable state(s).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead clinical consultant for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance
• Partner with account management and business development teams to support client retention and growth
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies using data-driven insights
• Evaluate emerging therapies and market trends to enhance clinical outcomes
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing programs and recommend new solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate program performance and drive improvements
