Ladders, on behalf of a client in the Finance & Insurance sector, seeks an Associate Director, Virtual Care for a remote US-based role. The position leads strategy and execution of a virtual care program to improve performance, coordination, and outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess metrics, and translate insights into clear materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of project planning experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting focused on healthcare preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Virtual Care to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of a virtual care program that supports stronger performance, better coordination, and improved operational outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess financial and operational metrics, and turn insights into action. The position also requires translating program performance into clear materials for senior leadership and supporting the growth of direct reports.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $162,453 – $213,220 annually
