Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Virtual Care in New York City. You will drive the strategy and execution of major projects across operations, data, product, and clinical teams to boost the Virtual Care program’s performance.

You will report to the Director, Virtual Care and lead a team with a hybrid in-office schedule. The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years project planning experience.
• Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare.
• Experience leading large-scale cross functional projects.
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance including determining new opportunities.
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units.
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation.
• Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards to drive performance improvement.
• Comfortable translating program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs.
• Development and growth of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development.
