You will lead transformation programs, identify AI opportunities, and guide cross-functional stakeholders to secure adoption and benefits realization. This role requires strong executive communication, extensive leadership experience, and a deep understanding of healthcare technology,

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive business, technology, transformation, consulting, or operations experience.
• Five years designing and delivering process and technology solutions.
• At least four years of leadership or people-management experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives using technology, data, automation, AI, and process improvement.
• Identify and define automation and AI opportunities with value cases and adoption plans.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, including change management and risk management.
• Build partnerships across engineering, data analytics, clinical operations and vendors.
• Translate findings into executive recommendations and decisions.
• Monitor delivery, remove barriers, and course-correct initiatives as needed.
• Develop and mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture.
