Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience

Responsibilities

• Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance
• Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation
• Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards
• Translate program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs
• Develop and grow direct reports and support professional development
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
