Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health leader, seeks an Associate Director to own Specialty Care operations and strategy. You will partner with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth, optimize margins, and embed AI into clinical workflows.

Fully remote role with occasional travel to NYC HQ; you’ll build scalable capacity plans and lead a high-performing team to ensure program success and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of P&L management and gross margin drivers.
• Translate financial mechanics into actionable operational plans.
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Specialty Care P&L mechanics and margin drivers.
• Partner with leadership to translate economics into strategies.
• Lead cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Clinical, Marketing and Ops.
• Manage clinical operations functions alongside strategy and ops.
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop capacity and workforce planning models for growth.
• Define and track key operational metrics across Specialty Care.
• Establish quality program frameworks with clinical leaders.
• Coach and develop operations team members toward growth.
