Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams preferred.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW creation, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence and improve ITO processes and cycle times.
• Standardize engineering processes and develop training programs.
