Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US.
• 7+ years in application or field engineering in power delivery and related sectors.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with proposal development, SOW creation, job costing, and commercial operations processes.
• Background in field service, power systems engineering, or industrial electrical services.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team by setting clear expectations and coaching.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence and operational effectiveness, ensuring high-quality SOWs and JCEs.
• Standardize and continuously improve engineering processes and capabilities through KPI management and training programs.
