Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services (ELSE) to lead the U.S. AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales.

You will drive customer-focused technical solutions, ensure high-quality Statements of Work and Job Cost Estimates, and build a high-performing team capable of supporting growth. This is a remote position with 25% travel within the US. You will collaborate with Proposal Management, Business Development, Operations, and other

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time within US.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application engineering or field engineering in power delivery products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence and operational effectiveness with high-quality SOWs and JCEs.
