Job summary

ABB is seeking an Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services to lead the U.S. AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales. You will drive customer-focused technical solutions, deliver high-quality SOWs and JCEs, and develop a high-performing team.

This remote role requires 25% travel within the U.S. and collaboration with Proposal Management, Business Development, Operations, and other ABB engineering teams to standardize solutions and shorten proposal cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US.
• 7+ years in application or field engineering in power delivery and related sectors.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with proposal development and SOW/JCE creation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
