Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a senior AI Workflow & Systems Designer to partner with business and technology teams. You will lead discovery, define how people and AI work together, and translate needs into implementation-ready designs that scale across the enterprise.

You will drive end-to-end systems-of-work, human-in-the-loop approaches, and reusable design patterns while collaborating with Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Governance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, or product management.
• Strong AI fluency, including practical knowledge of generative AI, agents, automation, retrieval, decision support, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements with multiple business units, systems, or technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across business units.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches and define intervention triggers, confidence thresholds, and explainability requirements.
• Create implementation-ready systems design artifacts and translate business needs into actionable patterns.
• Partner with business leaders and Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Governance teams throughout discovery and design.
• Help establish repeatable enterprise patterns and reusable design templates within CSAA IG.
