CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is hiring a senior AI Workflow & Systems Designer to lead the reinvention of complex workflows and build AI-ready systems of work across business and technology teams. The role guides discovery, translates needs into designs, and helps establish repeatable design practices at scale.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with actionable, implementable designs that enable trusted human-AI collaboration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in systems design, service design, workflow transformation, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across multi-functional teams.
• Design end-to-end systems of work connecting front-stage experiences with backstage processes and AI agents.
• Create implementation-ready design artifacts and reusable patterns for enterprise systems.
• Partner with business leaders and Architecture/Data/Engineering teams during discovery and design.
