Maximus seeks a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling, to design and scale AI literacy and technical training across the organization.

The role focuses on translating AI concepts into practical learning pathways, leveraging LMS capabilities, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include developing learning assets, creating storyboards, maintaining content, and ensuring responsible AI through governance and data handling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• 5+ years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.
• Experience solving complex issues with business context.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
• Strategic thinking to translate performance gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Use training tech to provide scalable training solutions.
• Develop and implement LMS learning strategy and measure outcomes.
• Support LMS system audits and update governance.
• Create and document learning solution processes and procedures.
• Work with HRIS to support LMS updates.
• Onboard new learning technologies with vendor collaboration.
• Consult with leaders and stakeholders to deliver LMS-enabled learning solutions.
• Define LMS roles and permissions.
• Support system configuration and availability groups.
• Train Global system Super Users and Admin.
• Design and develop enterprise AI/technical upskilling programs.
• Draft storyboards for IA formats; eLearning, ILT, virtual, blended.
• Maintain learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources.
• Create practical scenarios for AI use cases, prompts, and human judgment.
• Apply accessibility and plain-language standards.
