Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to help build AI and technical skills for a rapidly evolving workforce. You will design, coordinate, and continuously improve scalable learning solutions that translate skill needs into measurable outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders across HR, technology, and vendors to develop learning pathways, assets, and reinforcement, applying adult learning principles and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience supporting corporate AI/technical training.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
• Experience designing learning solutions across eLearning, ILT, virtual formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve AI/technical upskilling programs.
• Create storyboards for multiple delivery formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual).
• Develop and maintain learning pathways, job aids, and reinforcement resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and Tech teams to align with business goals.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards across materials.
