Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to design, develop, and continuously improve scalable learning solutions for AI and technical skills. This remote role partners with stakeholders across the organization to translate skill needs into actionable learning pathways and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring strong instructional design judgment, curiosity about AI, and program execution discipline, enabling scalable learning across a rapidly evolving workforce.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate business performance gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Translate complex AI and technical topics into learning formats (eLearning, ILT, virtual, blended).
• Create learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, learner communications, and reinforcement resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill needs and define learning objectives.
• Coordinate vendor-delivered learning offerings and external certifications.
• Maintain learning materials as tools and policies evolve.
