Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years in L&D and LMS administration (CSOD preferred).
• CSOD experience and global/complex instance experience is desirable.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate performance gaps into learning.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Use training tech to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support LMS strategy and measurement for the organization.
• Assist LMS audits and governance.
