Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development and Learning Management Systems administration required (preferable CSOD).
• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting a global/complex instance of the Learning Management System Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
• Ability to regularly interact with senior leaders and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute learning assets collaboratively with the Training Operations Team.
• Develop scalable AI and technical upskilling programs and corresponding learning pathways.
• Create instructionally sound storyboards for eLearning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessible design to learning materials.
