Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to design and scale AI literacy and technical learning for a distributed workforce. You will translate skill needs into learning pathways, assets, and measurable outcomes, partnering with HR, technology teams, and vendors.

You will lead design, development, and governance of enterprise learning initiatives, applying adult learning principles and responsible AI practices across remote delivery formats.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Experience supporting global/complex CSOD instances.
• Ability to translate business gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create learning paths, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with business goals.
• Support and improve LMS configurations and data quality.
