Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Learning Technology to design and deliver scalable AI and technical upskilling programs remotely in the US.
You will translate complex AI topics into practical learning assets and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes. You will build pathways, storyboards, and reinforcement resources, applying adult learning, accessibility, and plain-language standards while coordinating with vendors and HRIS teams to support LMS updates and global
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Learning & Development experience.
- 5+ years supporting a global/complex LMS (prefer CSOD).
- Experience translating business needs into learning solutions.
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and executives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
- Create learning assets for eLearning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
- Develop learning pathways, job aids, guides, and reinforcement resources.
- Translate AI concepts into practical learning content for employees.
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
- Maintain and update AI and technical learning materials as needs evolve.
